NOTICE TO IMPORTERS
Exemption on Controlled Goods on the Price Fixing Information System (PFIS)
Requests for exemption will no longer be entertained on the Price Fixing Information System (PFIS).
Henceforth, importers will be strictly required to submit their request for exemption as normal return of cost on the PFIS along with all their relevant documents as well as any letter of award (if applicable). The Maximum Prices will then be approved by the Ministry and forwarded to the importer in line with current practice.
